Delivery
The delivery times for products and prizes are dependent on stock availability from our suppliers. In stock items will usually ship within 3 – 5 business days.
However please allow up to 30 business days from the date that payment is received. This time frame is estimate only and LIMBO® is not liable for late delivery. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
LIMBO® and our suppliers use Australian Air Express and Australia Post for delivery of your orders. Delivery costs are quoted on each product and will vary depending on the weight, size and destination of the purchased items.
LIMBO® delivers to Australian residential, commercial and post office box addresses only. We recommend you are present to sign and accept delivery of your orders
LIMBO® is not liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to customers arising from late or non-delivery of the goods.
The delivery address supplied by the customer can not be changed after the shipment has been ordered. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier to make alternative arrangements.
LIMBO® is not responsible for delayed or non delivered items, although we will be more than happy to investigate on your behalf to resolve any delivery matters. Please contact us if there are any issues relating to this subject.
Shipping and Insurance
Customers that choose to pay for shipping and insurance can do so and will be supplied with a quote for shipping and insurance. Standard shipping for all items vary depending on the weight, size and destination of the purchased items.
LIMBO® reserves the right to add administration costs to this quote.
Change to Terms
Every order placed is governed by the current terms and conditions. LIMBO® may delete or make changes to the terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand the terms and conditions before placement of order.
